Slow Winter Morning Flow 20 minutes

During the winter months, we are inclined to sleep more. Daoism suggests we sleep until the sun has risen well into the sky. Early nights and late mornings.

This practice is a slow, gentle morning flow to guide you out of bed and into your day with connection to breath and movement.

Move through a gentle lunging and twisting sequence, followed by pigeon pose, dynamic bridge with breath and a short savasana.

No props required.
