Wall Restorative 30 minutes
This restorative class is perfect after a long day of work, a big stint of travel or any time you feel low energy but haven't moved your body much.
You'll need access to a wall and either a bolster or one or two bed pillows (you can wrap them in a towel to make a bolster).
We start with a series of inversions against the wall, opening the hips and inner thighs, work into a relaxed supine pigeon followed by a twist and a nice long savasana.
Less is more here.
I recommend making this extra lush and comfy in any way you can. Blankets are your friend here.
