Short Fire Flow 10 minutes

A short and sweet flow to build prana on the days where it feels like you don't have the time for a full practice.
Begin with a lunging sequence and progressively add on, building heat in the body. A moment for inverting, followed by hip opening and a simple twist.
A short savasana so please stay longer if you have the time.
No props required.
