A slow, summer morning flow to wake you up and bring you into your day with some simplicity.
Summer is a time of yang, full bloom, big expression. We use simple, breath guided practice to simultaneously invite this yang energy without getting too hot and bothered.

Options for vinyasa if you want them, or skip and hold dog.
