Yin for Low Back 40 minutes

A yin class to support your low back.

We start with deer pose, to stretch the glutes and low back.
Often, it's now our low back that's tight, but rather the muscels in the areas around the low back.

This practice ams at supporting not just the low back but all of the connective tissues and muscles in that region.

A block or something similar is required for a supported bridge towards the end.
