Morning Pranayama 15 minutes

*Not suitable for pregnancy or the first 3 days of your menstrual cycle*

This is a level 2 pranayama practice working with both kapalbhati or nadi shodhana.
A prerequisite for this practice would be an understanding of these practices prior.

A prep for meditation. If you have more time to sit afterwards, I would recommend it.
This is an energising practice to build, contain and direct prana in the morning.
