Autumn Morning Flow 20 minutes

A slow morning flow for the season of Autumn, working with opening the shoulders and deepening your breathing through the practice of pure breathing.
We also work into the hips and low body toward the end of the class.

Vinyasas are not offered though there is space for you to add them if you wish.

No props requited.
