New Year, New Moment, New Breath 30 minutes

A new year brings with it a new cycle. As does each day, each moment, each breath.
This class we feel into the cyclical nature of all things.
Move through moon salutations, beginning and ending in down dog, always coming back to the beginning. Then a standing sequence where we move from the front of the mat to the back, and back again.
Then a simple seated and laying sequence, finishing with viparita karani.

This is a slow flow class with no props required.
