After Work Wind Down 30 minutes

A simple, breath guided practice to take you out of your busy mind and into your quiet body.
Starting with simple nadi shodhana, some hip and side body openers and moon salutations to offer space for reflection and open your chest, shoulders and hips.

Some twisting and hamstring opening followed by a gentle chest and pec opener. All there to unravel your body after a long day.
Dynamic bridge with extended exhale to calm and quiet the mind, and finish with a twist before a nice long savasana.

No props required. A block to sit on for pranayama could be useful.
