Earthing Down 20 minutes

A slow breath guided practice to connect you to the element of earth.
We move through a standing sequence with focus on all the points that connect you to the earth beneath you. Followed by a short floor moment before you rest for savasana.
A good practice for when you're feeling a little unstable or busy.

No props necessary.
If you have an extra 5 minutes for savasana, that would be great
