Yin To Nourish Your Heart 35 minutes

A short, seasonal yin sequence for summer, linked in with the fire element and the yin organ of the heart.
We work with the wrists, shoulders and upper body to soften and unclench our chest region.

Nourishing the energy of the heart so that we can remain open, foster connection and have healthy relationships with ourselves and others — steeped in compassion.

Props suggested: A bolster or blanket. You may also wrap a pillow in a blanket to create a bolster.
